Job Description

The role is based in N13, Southgate, North London. This no.2 role in the finance company will report to the FD and have a dotted line to the CEO. It is a FD in waiting role as the current FD is succession planning for the next 2-5 years. Running a team of 10 and looking after all management and financial accounting, AP/AR/CC and payroll for the high growth SME. The role has come about due to growth as the current FD needs to be involved with more strategic acquisition work. In addition all statutory accounts, board packs, budgeting, Tax, investment appraisal as well as ad hoc reporting.

Profile

The Group Financial Controller for this Technology & Communications based in N13, Southgate, North London are ideally looking for a 10 year post qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). That experience ideally coming from a small to medium business which has been through rapid growth. The candidate will need to work from the office based in Southgate, N13. Due to the nature of the business managing the team in person is desirable.
