Job Description

This is a newly created Recoveries Manager position and will be responsible for a portfolio of real estate development and bridging loans into SME clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with clients to maximise income with the recovery cases.
• Manage the repayment process for overdue loans
• Creating recovery plans
• Participate in regular board meetings, discussing the status of outstanding loans and providing high quality strategic information and professional recommendations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5+ years working within a similar position Thorough understanding of managing defaulting and delayed repayment loans and confident in dealing with troubled borrowers, LPAs, solicitors etc. Previous experience working within the Real Estate lending industry highly desirable
