Job Description

The purpose of the role is to be a true number 2 to the CFO, lead the growing finance team of 8 and take ownership of finance function. The Group FC will lead the monthly financial/management accounting, year-end Statutory Accounting and Audit processes, ensuring a robust financial control environment. You will also maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and ensure effective management of cash.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for an established qualified accountant with strong technical knowledge including internal and external reporting under IFRS, financial control experience combined with the commercial ability to lead and develop a high performing team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate engaging and influencing senior stake holders to deliver tangible results for the business. Sector experience would be advantageous to the candidates application for this senior finance leadership role.
