Day to day duties you will have as an Accounts Assistant may include:
Assisting with Purchase and Sales Ledger
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Dealing with company and staff expenses
Allocating cash
Updating the aged debtor report
Assisting with management accounts preparation
Balance sheet and bank account reconciliation
A good base of knowledge for this Accounts Assistant role may include:
Working Excel knowledge (sums/look-ups and pivot tables)
Good communication skills
Currently involved with study in either AAT/ACCA/CIMA
2-3 years’ experience in transactional accounts role
Multi-currency transactions
