Job Description

The Finance Manager will work alongside the Financial Controller, producing the monthly and quarterly reports and Financial Statements for multiple entities.

This includes:

• Preparing monthly IFRS management reporting packs for selected entities in the Group
• Preparation of subsidiary financial statements
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews on the financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of FCA returns
• Monthly review of financial balances with business analysis and commentary for senior management (revenue and costs)
• Prepare various management reports including monthly legal entity management packs for the Board
• Ad hoc reporting for management
