Customer Service (Mon to Fri 9 to 5.30pm)

• Answering inbound calls on behalf of a number of clients.
• Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service to all callers.
• Processing orders for goods over the phone following client branding and requirements, advising customers using product knowledge and up-selling goods where appropriate.
• Answering customer service queries regarding orders already placed.

You must have access to a car for this role as the client is based 20 minutes outside of York in a rural location
