Our Meet and Greet Representatives warmly greet our customers as they enter the store, ensuring they are aware of the safety procedures in store and giving them any advice of current promotions.

We are passionate about our people who are trusted specialists, and our Meet and Greet Representatives have a key part in helping our customers turn their houses into homes.

You should be able to:

• Provide an excellent customer experience, helping to make their visit to the store enjoyable
• Create a safe and smooth in-store customer journey
• Talk with customers confidently and clearly both face to face and over the phone
• Co-ordinate orders on our ScS tablet software
• Have flexibility to support our stores on a temporary basis covering evening, weekends and bank holidays
• Live by our company ‘RIGHT’ values (Responsive, Inclusive, Get it Right, Hard Working, Trusted)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will have experience in a busy retail environment; you will be hard working, customer focused and flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
