Job Description

Working in Customer Service means no two calls ever being the same, answering questions about anything and everything to do with a Customer’s account and being there to guide our Customers on managing their accounts well.

Working as part of our energetic and focused Customer Service team you’ll have a great support network to ensure you can build successful relationships with our customers, as well as being successful in your role.

In your day to day role you will:

  • Take inbound calls from our customers about anything to do with their account such as; taking payments, issuing cards, providing technical support for our mobile app, raising cases of fraud or just general enquiries
  • Identify solutions for our Customers to help them move forward with their financial goals
  • Build rapport with customers quickly to ensure best service is able to be delivered
  • Meet defined individual and team targets to ensure business objectives are met
  • Ensure confidentiality of information in line with GDPR and adherence to all regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring to the team

We are looking for keen individuals who are passionate about delivering a tailored customer service approach to help provide our customers with the best possible outcome for their circumstances.

The start date for this role is 4th January 2021, to apply you must be available to start on this date and commit to 4 weeks of full time training (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.30pm).

Initially working remotely (from home) you’ll also need to be able to work a range of shifts between the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. Be able to adapt your communication approach to meet customers’ requirements, being empathetic to difficult situations our customers may face. Experience in a busy Contact Centre or Financial Services. Maintain a high quality of service when speaking to a high volume of customers whilst being decision driven.
