This Finance Manager role based in Richmond (TW9) for an international property company is an exciting opportunity to bring the finance function in house, with a bookkeeper working within the finance team already, this role is a top to bottom Fianance Manager roleand will be the only other finance person. Responsibilities include preparation and ownership of the management accounts, payroll, VAT, monitoring of all bank accounts, checking landlord statements following their preparation from the bookkeeper, liaising with various landlords and clients as required so excellent English written and oral skills are absolutely essential.

You will ideally have used Xero and most importantly have a passion for property and development. This role will play an absolutely KEY part in the company, with the team being smaller and dynamic this role is vital in the day to day functioning of the company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Finance Manager profile will be a candidate who has gained 4+ years experience within the property industry, ideally property management and have gained exposure working with landlords and clients as required. You will be degree educated and be actively studying or qualified with your ACCA/CIMA. You will ideally have used Xero and most importantly have a passion for property and development
