Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide general administrative support for Sales, Installation Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors:

  • Insurance – Immediate Defects
  • Copy Documents (Ops & Sales Support)
  • NOC checks
  • Requisitions against cost Centre’s, tools, uniforms
  • Request for bespoke customer reports
  • Customer Portal Updates
  • General ASM/Engineer & Sales Support
  • Booking of engineers on site
  • Doors ordering booking
