Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Customer Service Coordinator to:

  • Handle incoming customer queries by phone and email
  • Register the queries in a Salesforce database
  • Liaise with colleagues in Sales & Operations for query resolve
  • Manage queries to ensure a timely resolution

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
