Job Description

Work with customers verbally and via email to ensure orders and support queries are dealt with promptly, proactively and to a high standard 

  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to process orders and resolve issues
  • Analyse billing data and provide feedback to clients
  • Update customer records such as inventory information, contact details and general database
  • Perform general day to day administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure account specific process requirements are adhered to and followed accurately
  • Always aim to provide a first-class level of service to all accounts
