Responsible to: Investment Director

Underwriting activity

• Review our analyst's output, interrogating the data and assumptions provided to deliver sound and trusted underwriting activity ready for the Investment Director to provide final approval
• Co-ordinate the activity of the investment analyst team and wider departments

Overseeing overall acquisition/ financing process

• Maintain a live summary of all investment activity per acquisition opportunity,

Projects

• Identify opportunities to automate the investment process to ensure that activity is scalable as we expand 5 X across Europe
• Immediately working to move the existing gantt chart method of recording investment activity to an automated, easily accessible system that tracks required delivery outputs and stage gates

Time working as an analyst in a Private Equity analysis role is beneficial

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven strong financial analyst skills in real estate (ideally hospitality) investment and funding requirements (you will be working with a technically strong team who will be seeking advice and guidance from yourself from time to time)
