This is a Permanent role offering both 35- & 37-hour contracts. The Department is open between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday, the choice of fixed shifts is dependent on availability. We require candidates who are flexible and prepared to work between these hours.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting banking customers with their general enquiries
  • Helping customers set up direct debits, standing orders & international money transfers
  • Dealing with all requests on a first touch basis
  • Communicating clear with customers over the phone

  • You will be based at one of our client’s offices in Leeds City Centre, close to both the train & bus stations, with cafeteria amenities on site.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A passion for helping people along with relevant experience in face-to-face or call centre-based customer service. Excellent verbal, communication & listening skills. Numeracy and computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel). Customer focused when dealing with a range of people, including vulnerable customers. Have excellent attention to detail. Be highly organized and able to manage own workload to meet stretching personal and team targets. You’ will be joining the leading player within the Remediation Market where our aim is to help companies process, service and advise on complaints along with providing tailor made solutions for their our customers. We aim to deliver fair outcomes for customers through complaint handling & customer service.
