As Financial Controller you will report to the CFO and take responsibility for all core financial and management accounts whilst managing a small team. Day to day duties will consist of:
Statutory reporting and accounts under UK Gaap
Management of the annual budgeting process including profit and cash forecasting
Leading and developing the finance team
Financial planning
Monthly management reporting to the board - UK and China
Cost review work across the Operations teams
Analysis and reporting
Commercial reviews
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally be a Qualified Accountant with proven experience across financial and management accounting and team management experience. This is an excellent role with progression available to CFO within 12-18 months working closely with the business owners in China therefore needing the Mandarin speaking skills. Manufacturing experience would be an advantage but not essential
