We are currently working with a market leading business in Wakefield who are seeking a Client Service Desk Advisor to provide a dedicated point of contact to customers for general enquiries, standard service reporting and escalations.
This is an extremely key position where you will be the key contact for clients, carrying out service review meetings with your customers both onsite or via telephone, creating and analyzing reports, resolving and issues and addressing any trends to ensure they don't continually occur. Fundamentally, you need to ensure the relationship between both businesses is maintained as efficiently and productively as possible.
