Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Driven, self-motivated and friendly individual who is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, although a friendly and confident personality is key. Good organisational skills are also important as is the ability to remain composed and professional with our customers. Good IT skills and a valid driving licence are essential.
