Job Description

You’ll be helping clients to manage their existing debt solution with annual reviews and change in circumstance reviews, giving general debt advice and providing support and advice when payments can’t be made, you will also be dealing with plan closures. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced financial environment where you will be making a real difference to the lives of people experiencing problem debt.

Salary Grade B - £20,155 with increases to £20,800 after six months and £22,800 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory development and performance.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills. The ability to show empathy and build rapport. Emotional resilience- being able to deal with difficult situations everyday Customer service experience. A positive attitude and be a good team player. Problem solving and influencing skills. Good attention to detail. Microsoft Word and Excel skills and be competent using multiple systems at one time. Experience of working towards targets or deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You don’t need specific experience, however we are looking for empathy and emotional resilience, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
