Working within a busy call Centre, your duties will include:
Dealing with customer service-related enquiries, processing registrations and non-technical claims
Processing all telephone, paper and direct mail applications within company service standards
Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Ensuring all correspondence is responded to in accordance with company guidelines

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, and every one in four Saturdays working 08:30 until 12:30 with ½ day off in lieu.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous customer service experience within a professional environment, possessing first class verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will have good administration and IT skills, experienced in the use of Word and Excel, and be a good team player.
