Job Description

As Retail Finance Manager you will help to support market leading sales growth through leading a small team and working across the operations of the business. Day to day duties will consist of:

• Working with the senior executive team including Retail and Property Directors with value added information and insights
• Analytical and financial support to Store, Property, Audit and People Finance areas
• Contribute to KPIs in relation to sales, stock, performance and wages
• Assist in the Capital Investment Program for the business
• Month end reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Team management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a Qualified Accountant with proven experience within a Complex Retail/FMCG environment with the ability to work in a detailed, professional and effective manner. You will have the ability to work across multiple senior stakeholders within and outside finance.
