Job Description

We are looking to enhance our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, be flexible, level headed and willing to get involved in sensitive situations.
Duties will involve reception, administration and occasional secretarial duties. This role will offer far more than you expect in an ever evolving general practice.
A basic level of IT skills is paramount along with excellent telephony skills. You will be involved in the delivery of efficient and effective support to our patients and healthcare providers.
We offer consistently high standards of care and pride ourselves on the personal touch. The role also includes supporting the clinical team ensuring high standards are maintained.

Hours of working will be between Monday and Friday 8.00am to 8.30p


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience and knowledge of clinical systems (preferably SystmOne). A high level of competence in Windows 10 and Microsoft packages. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team, manage and priorities workload. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality. Flexibility.
