Working within the Commercial Office, your duties working as Customer Relations Officer will include:
Liaising with customers on a regular basis to keep them informed on the stage of their order/enquiry
Investigating and resolving queries and complaints via CRM
Building an ongoing understanding of customers’ individual requirements ensuring an efficient and professional service is delivered
Customer service questionnaires/feedback and collating responses
Processing of Sales Returns/Credit Notes/Advised replacements
Assisting accounts with credit control, creating new accounts, distributing statements, processing payments
Answering and transferring calls
Updating the system with staff absences/holidays and assisting with new starter documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous customer service experience, possessing outstanding customer service skills and a confident and outgoing personality. In addition, you will be extremely organized, efficient, able to meet deadlines and focused with high attention to detail.
