Your new role

Your key duties will develop as you progress in the position and involve liaising directly with customers and communicating project deadlines and project progress. This role also involves creating and proof-reading specification documents with a key understanding of how the finance processes and systems interlink. You will be involved in demonstration accounts to illustrate how prospect requirements can be met, how the systems could satisfy prospect requirements along with communicating agreed projects plans for various stakeholders. You will provide support to system users, prepare training and help manuals and maintain strong working relationships with all customers throughout the process.

A permanent position where you will be given full training and really be able to develop into a Professional Consultant supporting a variety of different clients/customers as the business grows. The position can be available on a part-time or full-time basis for the right candidate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this progressive Junior Finance Systems Consultant role you will need a good level of bookkeeping knowledge and a desire to develop into a more finance systems focused role. Key communication skills are essential to build relationships with customers and internal teams at all levels, along with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads, with a pro-active and analytical working approach. You will ideally be trained in a range of accounting systems and it would be advantageous if you have Netsuite experience.
