Job Description

Duties will include:

Offering excellent service to customers, cash handling, keeping the shop floor clean and tidy, advising on promotions and special offers, training staff, answering telephone enquiries and liaising with higher management and head office.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least 12 months retail experience. Educated to at least GCSE level. Must have first class communication skills IT literate. Confident and friendly towards customers. Flexible towards working hours. Keen to work as part of a successful team
