Job Description

The duties will include:

• Reviewing Statutory and Management Accounts
• Taxation including personal tax planning and tax planning for clients
• Practice management duties such as time sheets, budget management and WIP and billings
• Providing training for junior staff and giving feedback on a timely basis
• Transform and constantly improve systems and working practices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Experienced within an Outsourcing team or department within a UK Practice Firm Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients Management/supervisory experience within an outsource services team: the ability to motivate, delegate effectively, develop the team and be a strong leader Client focus and commercial awareness - able to grow and develop the portfolio
