Job Description

The main duties of the Finance Manager will consist of:

  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Month end reporting
  • Budgeting
  • Variance analysis reports
  • Producing performance and KPI reports
  • Analysing income and expenditure
  • Business partnering with non-financial individuals, delivering financial data and translate into information
  • Line managing a team of 6; conducting performance reviews, setting objectives,

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a minimum of 18 months management accounting experience Must have people management experience Must ideally be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Excellent team leader Strong communication skills Good relationship building skills Confident user of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs)
