The main duties of the Finance Manager will consist of:
Preparation of management accounts
Month end reporting
Budgeting
Variance analysis reports
Producing performance and KPI reports
Analysing income and expenditure
Business partnering with non-financial individuals, delivering financial data and translate into information
Line managing a team of 6; conducting performance reviews, setting objectives,
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have a minimum of 18 months management accounting experience Must have people management experience Must ideally be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified Excellent team leader Strong communication skills Good relationship building skills Confident user of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs)
