Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen within a continuously growing company based in Leeds, my client is looking to recruit a New Build Sales Progressor to work under the direction of the New Homes Manager.
Sales Progression duties will include
Securing sales and achieving the best possible revenues for the development.
Leading and managing the entire sales cycle, from the reservation contract to legal completion.
Maintaining close contact and building excellent customer service with purchasers to guide them through their home purchase, progressing their sale in a timely manner to ensure a prompt exchange of contracts.
Working closely with financial advisors, solicitors and the construction team to deliver the highest standards of customer care, before, during and after the customer journey.
Supporting and working with two manned and unmanned sites.
Assisting with site set ups, preparations and launches of show homes and marketing suites
Deal with general customer enquiries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you must be have New Build Sales & Sales Progression experience
