Insurance Sales Executive duties

• Selling insurance policies via a mixture of inbound and (warm) outbound leads.
• Taking full ownership of the customer to get the right outcome.
• Managing own lead diary to convert competitive quotes.
• Providing a high level of customer service in-line with the values of the client
• To meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI's.
• Be prepared to go that extra mile to meet and beat your numbers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A friendly and professional telephone manner, and excellent customer service at all times. At least 12 months experience working in a sales role. To be confident and proactive, and the ability to use own initiative. Ability to drive sales, meet KPI's and revenue targets set by the Sales Manager. Follow up with past customers and cross selling products. Previous experience in insurance would be advantageous.
