Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

- Management accounting and business partnering to the marketing team

- Managing the cashflow of the company

- Basic accounting tasks eg. accruals, prepayments, committed accounting and fixed asset register

- Logistics and sales forecasting

- Managing intercompany accounting systems with HQ

- Mentoring the Finance Assistant to ensure that the accuracy of the transactional processing is maintained

- Supporting Sales and Marketing with their commercial activities

- Ensuring that the trail balance is robust and all balance sheet accounts are appropriately reconciled

- Supporting the wider business with business support activities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Ideally you will be a professionally qualified Accountant however Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered - Excellent listening skills and a fast learner - Able to develop strong relationships due to the business partnering element of the role - Ability to challenge and advise
