Job Description

Financial Controller Responsibilities:

- Strategy: You will be help drive decisions on new products, pricing, locations, continuous improvement.
- Planning: You will work closely with the Senior team to build budgets, forecasts, project modelling.
- Operational Improvements: You will be required to review the current policies, procedures, Finance operations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Reporting: You will be required to attend the monthly Senior Management meetings and present P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis, financial statements.
- Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring adequate control systems are in place, and managing external audits and tax reporting.
- Management: You will have Line Management responsibilities for the Finance Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Qualified ACA or CIMA ideally with two years’ experience. - Familiar with working strategically in an SME environment. - Small team management experience. - Delivering process improvement. - Xero user with knowledge of plug-ins desirable.
