Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join a highly successful business on the outskirts of York. The successful candidate will confidently speak with customers processing sales within the food and drink industry. Having your own transport is essential due to the location.

Some of the Sales Order Processor duties are:

• Inbound and outbound calling, speaking with customers taking sales orders from Education clients
• Inputting these orders onto a computer using Excel and Salesforce CRM
• Using excellent customer service, building long-lasting relationships
• Creating and processing delivery notes, arranging the orders for delivery
• Creating invoices and sending these to the clients using Xero

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, earning a salary up to £20,000 depending on your experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Dynamic individual who works well without supervision. Enjoys a fast-paced environment. Be computer literate and able to pick up systems easily. Confident when speaking with clients on the telephone creating a meaningful conversation. Experience using Xero would be advantageous.
