Our clients, a family estate agency with a good reputation, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their successful office in Cleckheaton.

The position of Sales Negotiator will require an individual with a minimum of two year's industry experience, with the ability to offer excellent customer service and work as part of a team.

The role will involve registering applicants, arranging viewings, dealing with offers and progressing the sales through to exchange and completion. Whilst this role is primarily office based, a driving license is still essential.

Working pattern of Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm

In return our clients £18000 - £20000 with on target earnings of £22000 - £26000
