Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with an immediate start for the right candidate!

Your main duties will include:

 

• Handling incoming sales order over inbound calls and email from customers
• Handling customer service queries and requests
• Liaising with delivery companies and end users for ETA of delivery
• Working closely with customers to resolve any issues

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all customers leave with a positive impression of the services offered
• Manage the CRM, sales pipeline with all updates, correspondence and contact details.
• Answer calls and provide fantastic service to our customers within agreed targets, timescales and company guidelines.
• To work pro-actively and support colleagues in a team environment.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25k for the right candidate
