Job Description

Working in a PE backed business you will be instrumental in supporting the business growth plans for the next 5 years.

You will be working with Manufacturing managers, procurement and engineering as well as the Head of finance business partnering and visibility to the board.

Duties include:

• Responsible for providing robust financial management information, recommendations and challenging all aspects of the business to deliver improved decision support resulting in growth in Sales and/or EBITDA
• analysis and presentation of data including commentary to non financial stakeholders as well as SLT.
• Make recommendations for new and existing product development costings including during concept development stages.
• Influence and challenge the business and stakeholders on a day to day basis, building strong relationships so you can really understand whats happening around the numbers.
• champion a continuous improvement culture, always looking to add value, improve processes and efficiencys, leading by example and encouraging others to do so.
• Manage a team of 2 direct reports.

You will be a driven individual who is looking for there next step or an opportunity which offers succession planning. You will be CIMA or ACCA qualified or studying with the relevent commercial and stakeholder engagement. Experience in manufacturing, engineering or product costing and/ or Business partnering with sales and marketing are all highly advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with alot of data and can do a deep dive, whilst also building strong relationships and have the ability to challenge, influence and support stakeholders.
