Job Description

Reporting to the EMEA FD and VP Finance, the Interim Financial Controller will play a critical role to ensure the integrity of controls and reporting for EMEA subsidiaries while also ensuring systems and processes remain robust to ensure the integrity of US GAAP and IFRS financial statements and external financial reporting.

The Financial Controller will lead an EMEA team while also being the liaison for all outsourced resources in the areas of tax, accounting, transaction services, and auditing.

The successful Interim Financial Controller will be Immediately Available, a qualified (ACA, ACCA , CIMA) accountant and have at least 5-10 years post qualification experience alongside experience working within a multinational company in an all-round finance role.

This position requires extensive team management and strong communication capabilities to educate finance and non-finance personnel. You must be a relationship-driven leader who will be expected to help strengthen the relationship between finance and the business. The position requires an individual who can support change and drive process improvement while also being flexible and adaptable in an evolving, fast paced work environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Looking for a qualified (ACA, ACCA , CIMA) accountant and have at least 5-10 years post qualification experience alongside experience working within a multinational company in an all-round finance role.
