Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include;
- Managing key relationships with assigned customers, ensuring the SLA's in place are maintained and the customer is happy
- Be a single point of contact for assigned customers, being the link between the customer and various internal functions such as Customer Service, Logistics and the senior management team
- Manage any client issues is an efficient and time effective manor, with limited impact to the customer. Where possible proactively highlight any potential issues and eradicate them before they come to light
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and their key business challenges, providing solutions to support their needs
- Work with internal stakeholders by providing key MI to support with review meetings, which will help strengthen the working relationship
- Provide Customers with excellent service at all times, putting the customer at the heart of all decisions made
- Work to strict timescales in a fast paced and ever changing environment
The role does not involve generating new clients / business and does not come with associated sales targets. The role is to manage existing customer relationships only

The role offers a salary of between £26,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience with company benefits including free on-site parking
