The role will be split in the following ways:
80% = New Business Quotations
Deal with phone calls for new business quotes for all products. Call back clients who have carried out online quotation requests or requested quotations through Lead Generation Providers. Chase up clients that have received a quotation but have not incepted cover. Record the client’s details accordingly ensuring telephone and email addresses are recorded and complete the required paperwork for any policies that are incepted. Set diaries accordingly for outstanding documentation and payment.
10% = Maximize Renewal Retention
Support renewals when required, ensuring renewals are quoted in a timely manner. Maximize renewal retention by chasing clients, trying to match or beat any alternative quotes the client may have obtained. Ensure clients receive accurate renewal quotes and all administration associated is completed accurately.
5% = Ad hoc duties
Including sorting post, scanning, continuation cover notes, mail shots, daily stats and reports in the absence of other staff members. Helping other teams as and when required to ensure the office runs effectively
5% = Own Training and development
