Job Description

This is very much an all-encompassing Finance Manager role where you will be responsible for the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts and managing a small team.

• Ownership of trial balances, financial statements and group reporting deliverables pertaining to the allocated brands and their related statutory entities and branch constituents.
• Key contact and liaison for all requests for information, supplementary analysis, and other reporting pertaining to the above.
• Effective liaison with other finance teams and partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate and transparent financial reporting.
• Effective liaison as primary contact with auditors on your brand numbers. Ownership of timely and effective delivery of information to the auditors and timely and appropriate responses to queries.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and effective retention of high quality, well presented supporting evidence to all transactions in your remit.
• Strong desire and proactive approach to supporting the finance function and wider business in the continuous development and improvements to operating efficiency and effectiveness.
• Management and coaching of direct reports to support their career development
• Effective line management of direct reports to ensure compliance with business policies and practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Ideally educated with a strong academic background The ability to promote the company's visions, values, and aspirations always. Communicate ideas for driving change management with the aim of improving the company's internal processes.
