Responsibilities will include:
- Oversight of UK Operating account - direct debits, standing orders, workday accounting system entries
- Maintain accounts payable ledgers, including statement reconciliations and weekly payment runs
- Liaise with the US accounts payable team and the US based payroll accountant
- Monthly premium settlement to insurers
- Monthly commission transfers
- Undertake quarterly introducer payments
- Daily clerical data and inputting
- Expense and company credit card report processing
- Payroll admin and liaison with payroll and pension providers
- Maintain an accurate general ledger
- Complete all month-end accounting procedures timely and accurately
- Prepare and compile requests for annual audit
- Ad hoc accounts receivable support
- Assist with ad hoc projects
