Job Description

As part of a small team, our client requires your experience in customer care and accurate order processing. It is essential you are confident when discussing quotes for customers, with the ability to learn quickly to ensure you can advise customers correctly.

On a daily basis your role will involve:

  • Speaking to customers daily re quotations and orders
  • Respond to general enquiries
  • Resolve queries and complaints
  • Applying your training of technical knowledge to the role
