Responsibilities and Requirements of the role:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Sales department at our location in Batley, UK.

Your tasks as Customer Service Representative:

• First and main customer contact to fulfill day-to-day customer needs like for example order handling, supporting order management, chasing deliveries, create and follow up on cross selling opportunities
• In co-operation with the field sales team increase the sales as well as coordinate all commercial and light technical questions from the customers.
• Guarantee high personal availability on the phone meeting customer response expectations and securing customer satisfaction at a high level
• Providing ideas to improve the business, support with local Sales Forecasting and preparation of Sales analytic reports
• Support with customer EDI / Web shop interface

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Multiple years’ experience as Customer Service Representative, preferably within the automotive sector. Extensive experience with handling customers’ requests via telephone and email. Multitasked who is passionate for customer excellence and has a pro-active & analytical mindset. Strong MS Office skills and ERP/CRM experience (preferably SAP and Salesforce). Excellent oral and writing English communication.
