This is a temporary role for 4 months with a strong possibility of being extended to 6 months.
Duties include but not limited to:
Dealing with customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assessing engineer availability and arranging appointments.
Liaise with engineers and provide quotations for repair work.
Issue quotations to clients in a clear and presentable manner.
Follow up quotes promptly and convert them into sales.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain best prices for materials.
Arranging & Managing repair work.
Ensure all required paperwork is sent to clients and relevant bodies.
Creation of invoices.
Recording of monies received.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm 20 days Holiday +Statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)
£10.20 per hour
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experienced in working in a customer service role. Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Willingness to accept responsibility and develop skills and knowledge. Organized and disciplined. Share and reflect the values of the company. Always looking for improved working methods.
