What will you be doing on a daily basis?

Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the sales team in delivering the highest level of customer experience. You will also maximise the sales volume and profitability of both new and used cars and finance and insurance products. Along with assisting the Head of Business in maintaining brand standards and building outstanding relationships with the brand

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of managing and leading a sales team within the Motor Industry. We are looking for someone who can really something a new and exciting approach to this role. It is essential that you have proven experience in a management role. A customer centric approach is important; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement. A solid understanding of current Motor Industry practices along with up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, are also essential, a good business to business sales approach is also needed. Using Social media in exciting new ways to generate exciting around the brand will also be key. Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent, but it is not essential. It is essential that you have a valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
