Job Description
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Exceed customer expectations and provide a first class customer service by responding quickly and accurately to our customer needs
Develop great parts interpretation skills to help quickly identify the right parts needed
Professionally and politely correspond with customers via phone and email
Develop the skills needed to quickly and accurately navigate manufacturer Electronic Parts Catalogues and in particular Mercedes, DAF, Volvo, Scania, Renault, Iveco and MAN
Utilize great written and verbal communication skills to help develop productive customer relationships
Help resolve customer queries
Attend to customers at our Trade Counter and deal with customer requests and collections
Provide accurate customer quotations
Assist with processing warranty claims
Process payments
Validate, update and maintain customer records
Process Returns Authorizations and organize returns and collections from customers
Liaise with staff at our national depots
Check trade magazines and websites for potential new customers
Assist with general office administration
Additional Information:
25 days annual holiday which increases to 28 days with service, plus 8 statutory days
40 hours per week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communicator. Be keen and enthusiastic. Knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle parts aftermarket. Diligent and self-disciplined attitude and work ethic. Excellent IT skills. Professional telephone manner. High levels of literacy and numeracy.
