Job Description

Based in Huddersfield, this company has seen continued growth and expansion, even during the pandemic and they are still expanding!! When job security is so important in today’s market, it doesn’t get much more secure than this.
Salary at £22K with an OTE to £50K – on average £40/45k in your first year.

**Office based – 40 hours a week- 50/70 calls per day**

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively calling existing customer on average 50-70 calls per day.
  • Using your natural sales flair and ability to manage accounts – understanding their needs in order to find the best solution for them.
  • Target driven: with the desire to be the best in the team, smashing your gross profit targets and KPI’s.
  • Customer service orientated. You will be required to liaise with new and existing customers, providing the best in customer service, following up on after sales with the wider business needs in mind.
  • As a SERVER specialist you will need to be up to date with all new technologies in the market.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
They are seeking a driven, self-motivated, passionate individual who comes from a technology background with full understand of all things IT related. You must have experience in selling IT solutions in a B2B or B2C environment. At least 2-3 years’ experience working within a B2B/B2C role, preferably in technology. Passionate about sales – sales and target driven and customer service oriented – experience in understanding the needs and wants of your customer. A wide range of technical knowledge and a true passion for the technology world. A confident, enthusiastic and resilient approach in order to make every call an important call.
