Providing a consistent high level of customer service to large variety of customers to ensure customer retention and growth
Managing customer accounts, both reactively and proactively
Working with an extensive product base and developing strong product knowledge
Providing quotes and dealing with customer requirements
Checking stock availability and potential lead times
Proactively managing promotions and point of sale materials
Processing orders, ensuring details are entered accurately
Liaising with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
Processing returns and recording order discrepancies
Working as part of a wider team, providing support to other departments when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but transferrable skills will be considered. Confident communicator and highly customer focused. Conscientious with an attention to detail. You will be a team player, have a helpful attitude and uphold our values. Well organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure at times. IT and grammatically literate with ability to learn a new IT system.
