Job Description

This will be a varied role with duties to include: -

*Lead and manage a team of 2
*Full production of Monthly Management Accounts
*Work as Finance Business Partner for manufacturing/ production
*Analysis of production output, overheads, inventory, KPIs (actuals against budget)
*Budgeting and forecasting
*Inventory accounting
*Perform cost and sales margin analysis
*Process improvement and development across the department
*Any other ad-hoc projects

*Salary up to £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified *Previous experience in a manufacturing environment *Strong business partnering skills *Staff management experience *Strong analytical skills *Desire and ability to challenge the status quo *Proven capability of identifying and implementing process improvements *A confident IT user with strong Excel skills
