Job Description

You will be supporting the Senior Management Accountant and FC on a regular basis. The role is very varied and we are looking for someone who thoroughly enjoys management accounts and having that ownership of their P&Ls.

Duties include:

• Owning your own P&Ls and producing the relevant management accounts
• stakeholder engagement and finance business partnering to support non financial department heads, with relevant analysis and commentary.
• Presenting accounts and analysing to senior managers and aboard
• Sales reconciliations, revenue variance analysis
• Reconcile and produce Accounts analysis, profitability ratios etc
• Prepare accruals, deffered income etc for sign off
• Supporting with Audit and payroll periodically.
• Have an entrepreneurial flair to add value and make improvements, improve control and overall improvement of the departments efficiency's.
• Running projects and owning the delivery of these.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be AAT qualified and looking for the next step up, having had exposure to assisting with management accounts, or your will be a driven Part qualified or qualified by experience candidate, with the relevant experience to hit the ground running, looking for an opportunity to get more variety and exposure. The role offers the ability to grow and expand in the position and can grow with more accountability and responsibility.
