Job Description
Your new role
- Reconcile bank statements
- Enter and upload purchase invoices into system
- Raise sales invoices
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Correspond with customer and suppliers and respond to enquiries
- Process expense forms
- Process and reconcile credit card statements
- Post adhoc transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Assist the management accountant with month end reporting
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Assisting the head of finance with various tasks from time to time
- You will need experience with XERO
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be hard working and ambitious You will need to have experience using XERO Ideally from professional services
