Job Description

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

CUPRA Specialists are accountable for providing an exceptional level of service to customers from the first point of contact, through to post-sale care. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for generating sales leads and prospects for new and pre-owned CUPRA vehicles, you will increase brand awareness by organizing events to attract new customers and through producing engaging social media content. Working with our Marketing team, and CUPRA HQ, you’ll devise and manage monthly communication with customers.
  • The successful applicant will be driven to achieve both new and pre-owned CUPRA sales targets. Helped in part by having the highest quality new CUPRA vehicle display and by sourcing the very best pre-owned CUPRA products from various sources.
  • Delivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience, you will be able to highlight the key features and benefits of CUPRA products, and tailor the sales experience for the customer.
  • Customer care does not end once the sale is complete – you will be responsible for excellent post-sale care, driving customer loyalty and retention.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re excited to welcome the CUPRA brand to the JCT600 family and to advertise for this role which is like no other within the JCT600 family. We’re on the look-out for someone who shares our excitement and is passionate about providing an industry leading level of customer care and comes with the commercial acumen to grow the CUPRA brand. Having automotive industry experience isn’t essential, though you’ll need to tell us how you’ve provided excellent levels of customer care throughout the entire customer lifecycle in whatever your industry background might be. This is a stand-alone role providing one care throughout the customer lifecycle, from generating an enquiry to events to sales through to aftersales – so you must be prepared to be hands on! Being confident to make decisions and to work independently is a must. You’ll be responsible for generating leads and prospects and increasing brand awareness through events and social media– so you’ll need to have demonstrable experience of creating engaging and creative social media content, managing effective customer communication and contributing to excellent marketing campaigns. Can you demonstrate previous experience providing fantastic customer service. Are you passionate about motor sports or the automotive industry. Understand how to reach out to potential customers in the digital age. It is essential that you have a valid driving license which is free from excessive penalties.
